		Sylvia Schein
Crusades scholar Dr. Sylvia Schein [b.1947-d.2004] received her Master's Degree from Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1973 and studied under R.C. Smail at Cambridge University where she received her PhD in 1980. Her death in 2004 saddened the scholarly community as demonstated by the dedication found on the DeReMilitari.org website provided below.
