Vincent Ryan
St. Louis University doctoral student Vincent Ryan is earning a growing reputation as a crusades scholars in the United States. His many articles and book reviews on crusades topics are familiar to anyone seeking information online. Additionally, his scholarly presentations of his research on crusades topics at places including the International Medieval Congress and the Midwest Medieval History Conference have won his work the praise of various scholars and students of the crusades.

Mr. Ryan's forthcoming scholarly publications include a co-edited volume,
Crusades: Medieval Worlds in Conflict, edited by Thomas F. Madden, James Naus, and Vincent Ryan, a chapter for a collaborative project focusing on crusades myths, as well as a book review in Comitatus: A Journal of Medieval and Renaissance Studies based at the University of California Los Angeles.
